"I previously messaged them as I booked adina hotel but they got us to stop in the Galloway instead. Which was strange. Me and my children caught bed bug bites that’s how dirty this place was we are all covered still. I didn’t agree with sharing a bathroom and shower with other customers. The bathroom was filthy! Stay well clear from these places, if you are staying in Blackpool go elsewhere!"

Large room with kitchenette ( fridge, microwave, two ring cooker, kettle, sink) En-suite bathroom with bath, power shower and W>C, towels supplied in room. Continental breakfast included in price. "We had Room 202, so that is the base of our experience. Staff was helpful. Beds was all right, clean comfy, but with only one pillow per bed; the other pillow was a decoration, I was undecided if there is fresh cover on it or not, so it's definitelly a no go for sleep. There is no fridge in the room, no elevator in the house but a narrow staircase. No chance for breakfast, however this hotel adverts itself as a FOUR STAR hotel for some reason.
