"I wouldn’t bother to leave a review, had I not been so misled by the Expedia reviews and photos of this Best Western. This is place is in a grotesque state of disrepair/cleanliness. The lobby is fine enough, but the upper floors have been forgotten. The staff was absolutely LOVELY, and was incredibly accommodating upon my requests to upgrade and move rooms.
