"We booked two rooms while walking the coast path. Neither room had a working shower. Both produced boiling hot water that would burn.All we were offered was the use of another shower in an outside building. We declined. Tired building and the Manager uninterested in offering any support or refund. He just told us the rooms were due to be updated! My advice..Go somewhere else. "

"Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay."

"Brilliant location for Poole Quay. Family room spacious, quiet and clean. Disappointing there was no view out of windows not even a glimpse as totally blocked by white permanent shuttering. I don't care if the view is not great but too see the sky would be good. I'm sure there is good reason why shuttered as doesn't make sense otherwise. "The room was cosy, nicely decorated, a good size, and with a large and comfortable bed; it would have cost two or three times as much in a hotel - and that's without the generous and tasty cooked breakfast (there are other options on the menu) which - like the excellent WiFi - is included. The shower was a good size, but (and this is my only reservation, which I'm sure will be addressed) had poor water pressure. Parking space is for 2, maybe 3 cars (depending how the others park!), but free...
