"Nice place, friendly staff"

"The shower head did not work properly, the door to the bathroom was a barn door that is hard to open/close, there was a folded chair in the shower that took up space and should only be put there if it’s needed. Breakfast was good. "

"I have stayed in hotels that I have given five stars before, but the Best Western Premier Park Hotel in Madison, WI helped redefined in my mind what a five star hotel really is. The room was in excellent condition. The bathroom was clean, well maintained (shower door did no leak), and the shampoo and soap products were very nice. The staff was very nice. I did not feel like I was bothering them. "

I happened to be in room 109 which had absolutely no sound barriers between it and the room next to us so even though the people next-door were very quiet, I could hear absolutely everything. So, that is one room I would avoid…"
