"Pros-Check in and check out was super easy and clear. Parking was free and great, we were able to park right by our unit. It is central so close to lots of stuff. Shower was hot and stayed hot for awhile! Host was quick and clear on communication. There is a microwave, small ice box, stove top burner, couple pots and pans. The AC worked well and the TV is big! "My stay was a nightmare, not just due to a massive bug infestation after a storm, but because of the front desk’s dismissive and unprofessional attitude. On our first night, hundreds of bugs swarmed our entrance and bathroom. After I called, housekeeping came to vacuum. Housekeeping was kind and cleared the bugs, advising us to keep all lights off.
