Plenty of choice at breakfast time they made sure you never left hungry 😊 spacious room with super king bed the best bed I’ve slept in for a while. Definitely be returning again in the future. "Was there for an event and rated two nights. They were slammed but did a good job addressing all those checking in. The room had no ac and no windows and it was the summer so it was incredibly hot and no air flow. The bed was not all that comfortable but the room was everything we needed and the location was excellent. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shops and basically steps from the train station. They provide soap, shampoo, coffee and cookies. Staff were helpful and the place was clean. "
"Located about 20 minutes walk from the event I was attending at The Flapper pub. Also, only 20 minutes walk from New Street station coupled with the cost made this an ideal place to stay. If you are attending the O2 Academy then this would be a fantastic location."
