The Orleans Hotel & Casino

"We spent 3 nights and never got a refresh on our room. I called and asked for one and I got towels dropped off. Then I asked for the garbage to be emptied and they brought me garbage bags and told me to put the garbage in the hall way. So basically I had to empty my own garbage. Very disappointing. Also had a maid open our door without knocking asking if we were checking out. I said no we still have another day here. Scary when you’re sleeping and they just walk right in. Very disappointed again. Also the elevator felt like only 2 were working. Took forever coming down and going up. So many people waiting and never enough room. Should never have to wait in a long line for an elevator."

"Very budget friendly, centrally located easy to go to the strip and other places nearby. Only downside smells like smoke a lot even on a smoke-free room."
