"The hotel and casino exceeded my expectations except in two areas, the cleanliness of the room and the elevators. When we checked in there was a used bar of soap in the shower and two pieces of trash on the floor. During our stay the floor was never vacuumed and once we were left with no toilet paper. Of the five elevators, two of them were not functional and a third one shook terribly."

"First time at this hotel and I didn’t know what to expect! I was blown away on how exceptional the staff was. They were all helpful. The hotel was clean and amazingly nice. We were blessed to receive a complimentary early check in. Room was perfect for our stay. Anytime I can get a refrigerator in my room I’m happy!! Will truly stay at this location again!!"

"We got the suite because we were in the middle of a vacation across the SW and I wanted a washer dryer to do some laundry. The washer was very noisy and the lint trap of the dryer fell out and was banging around in the dryer. , I wish they had restocked the coffee supplies. Other than that it was ok."
