"1. There was no tooth paste available in the room.
2. There was no tooth brush available in the room.
3. There was no important/reading material available in the room.
4. There was no pen/pencil
note writing paper, etc available in room.
5. Toilet is much to small/low to the floor for a grown adult to sit on.
6. No desk chair available to sit at desk in room...Rocking chair is not feasible.
7. No clock/radio available in room."

"The Hotel itself was great. The issue was that they had 9 elevators but only 4 worked. Too much time spent in or waiting on an elevator. The room was beautiful but room cleaning service didn't come on the final day. I had an issue with a clogged toilet in the room and they never came when ordered through the phones AI. I called the front desk and after on hold for 10 min they sent someone up and it was fixed in 1 min."
