"Mixed bag. Wasn’t terrible, and we needed the large layout for our family with teens. Pool was pleasant. Shower had nice super hot water. Staff was friendly.
The rest not so great Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:30pm. Waited over an hour for the room. During which time we finished the “check-in” process (ie pressure to signup for time share appointment)
Room we were assigned was kind of terrible. Bottom floor means no breeze. It was very hot and muggy. Also right on main road so lots...
"Our first room had a smell and moved us to a better room yes. But tried to put us back into the first room even tho the room didn’t smell any different after them cleaning. So we had to move to a third room. Yes they helped but we really didn’t need to move another room. We had 3 rooms in total."
