"Excellent hotel! The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Though the hotel was packed with guests, it was still very quiet. The breakfast buffet is excellent but a bit pricey at $30. Including drinks, the bill for breakfast was $113 for 3. The pools are nice with plenty of seating. Parking was $36/day for self parking. Standard two queen bed room has plenty of space. "

"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I informed them in advance that I was arriving on an early flight and even called to confirm that I would arrive around 2 PM. They clearly told me that early check-in was not available and that check-in is at 4 PM.
However, when I arrived at 5 PM, I was still not given a room and was asked to wait until 7:30 PM. Every time I asked, they kept saying the room was ready but waiting for inspection, which was very frustrating.

"If I can rate this hotel, a zero I would have rated a zero, but you guys would not allow me to do it. I would never stay at Westgate resort and spa ever again in my life. I shouldn’t have to pay to use a waterpark that is being advertised as if it’s included in the nightly rates. This resort gets a zero from me and I wish I can get my money back from staying there, a matter of fact, I didn’t even stay the fourth night. That’s just how horrible the resort was."

"The hotel provides shuttle facilities to Disney parks, which is an additional asset. The hotel was clean, the staff is polite and the rooms were well maintained. Only if the hotel could have water bottles in the rooms for the guests that will be amazing as the hotel doesn’t have it and these need to be purchased."

"We had a great overall experience at this hotel. The room was very nice, clean, and felt new, and the staff throughout the property were extremely friendly and helpful.
The restaurant, especially Chop Steakhouse, was outstanding—easily one of the best restaurants we’ve been to. Truly a five-star experience.
There are a few areas for improvement. Maintenance could be better, as some areas like the restaurant windows were noticeably dirty, which affected the view. At the pool, it was difficult...
