"The view of mountains id stunning, as is the aroma of fresh air and the enchanting songbirds. We had a great time in the small but adequate swimming pool. It is easy to miss the turn onto Laurence Lane, so it would be good if a sign were to be installed there."

"Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub (hot tub looked brand new!). Overall, the facility is dated and could benefit from a makeover. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which is normally not a problem in New Hampshire, but our weather was warm and humid at night."

"I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. Everything was cozy and wonderful. Food was yummy and staff was welcoming 💕💕"

"We returned to this place on a quick 2-day/last minute get away. Owner is new from last time. Nice people; helpful and made a very good breakfast. Only issue we really had was the plumbing. Our room had some kind of venting issue with the sink/toilet/shower. Toilet bubbled and would go down at times; sink would go slow/stop at times; shower also stopped up and went down very slow. Told the owner about it and hopefully they can get it fixed. But overall, pleasant stay."

"A very historic and well maintained bed and breakfast. The owners are wonderful and the rooms were cozy. The hand made breakfast was a highlight"

"The breakfasts were amazing and the hosts were super kind and helpful!"
