"Long wait to get a drink on arrival, we used the QR code for table service but there weren’t enough staff to cope with the peak early evening period. Otherwise everything was great, I’ve stayed there before a couple of times, yes it’s expensive but you can’t beat it for a relaxing sleep then quick access to the terminal. This was our first stay where we could try the full breakfast, normally we’re flying so early we just grab a few things from the continental selection. Decent quality and...

"Lovely stay breakfast was delicious and staff very attentive. Room was modern but had a few cosmetic issues such as tape on laminate flooring and a shower screen that didn't stop the water from pouring out. It didn’t affect our stay but from a glance minor repairs could be made. Would still happily book again as location and breakfast alone was well worth it "

"The reception staff welcomed us in a friendly efficient manner a lovely lady - the room was great everything was spotless - bar staff were friendly - we had an evening meal i can recommend the Chicken & Ham Pie it was delicious- we had a great time at this hotel also we visited the Wookey Hole Cave a fantastic experience"

"Have stayed before and was very pleased. Lovely big rooms which are clean. Staff really pleasant at check in. Issues were only 1 towell in the bathroom in a room for 2 people so had to search around and a spare was in the wardrobe, no shower gel in the shower. Annoyingly, and not the hotels fault someone had set the alarm on the tv for 7am so we were woken by the tv switching itself on. Breakfast was really poor. There was no milk for drinks or cereal, we waited over 15 minutes for some to...

"It’s a fairly mid-range hotel. The staff is nice but often hard to find, since I think they also work the restaurant. I only had their continental breakfast which had enough several gluten-free options. The room was cleaned well and had plenty of space. "

"The hotel is just minutes off the M5 but an easy bus journey into the centre of Bristol. We had a lovely evening in Bristol and easily got back to the hotel. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. The room had everything we needed and we had a choice of double or twin. Lovely breakfast. Great value for money. Lots of parking. We arrived a little early and it was no problem for us to check in."
