"The building's old structure provided some good and some not so good quirks. Storage in the room we stayed in was very limited, no closet The staff was great with everyone was the parking valet to the hostess inn the Wye Oak Restaurant was extremely helpful."

"Very clean and up to date room, easy parking, near a lot of restaurants & conveniences. Breakfast was hot and ready early with a variety of options. Rooms on the side facing the patio get a lot of possibly-drunken yelling/noise from the patio below late into the night. The AC hum & earbuds covered it up for most of the night for me, but something to note if you need silence. The vibe of the area around the property is kinda sketchy; had some weird encounters in the less than 20 minutes it takes...

"The rooms were clean, but when my family went to the included breakfast, a large group of men cleared out all the food, and the staff refused to put out more, despite there being over an hour of breakfast left. The breakfast is included in the cost of the room, but my kids, husband, and I didn’t get to eat because of this."

"We were in Frederick, MD for our date night without the little one. Booked this place for the night and thought there would be a hot-tub, but was informed that it is closed permanently. So that was a little disappointing. Staff there were super helpful and friendly. The building is overall maintained nicely in the public area, but our room has a peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Overall clean and comfortable, and pretty reasonable for a stay."

"Smelled like cigarettes, not a place to stay if you want to relax. I checked in, the elevator wasn’t working so I walked through the stairwell which smelled like urine and cigarettes before getting to my room. It seemed more like a poorly maintained apartment building than a hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were loud arguments going on throughout multiple surrounding rooms. I actually left without checking out because i"

"Water dripping from the vents in bathroom. Insanely loud guests in adjacent rooms. When confronted the front desk they said they cannot do anything. Left a day early just to get out of there. "

"Hotel is in dated and in need of renovations. Our toilet seat was completely cracked the whole way through, told the front desk and it was not addressed. Water stains on the ceiling, tub drain corroded. It was fine for a one night stay but would not stay again."

"Property was shabby and dirty. All the linens had cigarette burns and stains. The shower had was broken and hose like. Floor was taped together and sunken and had what looked like plaster flakes in the corners. The fridge stopped working and ruined my lunch meat. The ac did not function properly. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"Was the breakfast fresh? What breakfast? A couple snacky items does not make a breakfast. This motel should not be listed as offering breakfast. Coffee, juice, plain bagels, muffins and yogurt is a snack, not a breakfast."
