The housekeeping head, Liz, went out of her way to retrieve my father's outfit and wallet when we left it after checkout. She promptly called me and left it with the reception when she found it. What a kind-hearted person. Thank you so much for comfortable stay, you are a gem of a find!!"

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating, gave hotel a 4 star opposed to a 5 star other guest dropped food all in the hall. Staff cleaned it up just that I actually seen the mess and do appreciate they came and cleaned it and not wait for the morning to get it up"

"The room was not very clean and all there was brown and white stains on the curtains the breakfast you had to go into the basement to get to and there was an employee they're telling us that that was all the eggs they had in that plate for 80 people she kept saying it and saying it to everybody so it made you not want to eat the breakfast but the air conditioner was good the staff was fairly friendly I would only use this place for a ASAP stay I do not recommend it for anything else"

"Good room and nice staffs, only complaint is a noisy AC, which didn’t matter as it wasn’t that hot of a night."

"The bed was soft and the room was spacious. I only wish they told us that they don’t clean unless we tell them. They also didn’t give us a map/directory of Rio Center which would have made the trip better. I don’t like that they don’t have a pool and the workout room is small. Breakfast was good."
