"Excellent breakfasts, the best scrambled eggs ever! The room was brilliant but ,would benefit from a small fridge. Great parking available. Only tiny negative was that there was no coat hangers in the room."

When I asked to be refunded or have my booking cancelled, they told me it wasn’t something they could do as Hotels.com needed to do.
