"uday vachhani 2:05 PM (22 minutes ago) to customersupport, travel, travel_hotels Dear Hotels.com Customer Support, I am writing to raise a serious complaint and demand immediate action regarding my booking for R S Hostels – Leeds (Itinerary #73153814943684) made through your platform for the night of 2nd July 2025. I arrived at the property at 10:30 PM after a long journey, only to be told that all bookings made via Hotels.com had been cancelled — including mine. I was completely blindsided....

"I stayed at the new hostel on King Street that replaced the old building very suddenly. As a result they are still in the process of setting it up but even so it is still welcoming and pleasant. They must've worked really hard to get it ready so quickly. My room and bed were excellent and I imagine nowhere else offers such great value in a major city centre on a Friday night. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were modern and clean and the kitchen offerings were very generous. I enjoyed my coco...

"Wonderful, warm welcome. Room very comfortable. Few tweaks needed - drawers not easily accessible, hanging space a bit high. Wonderful shower - walk-in, such a treat as most hotels have showers inaccessible to anyone with any mobility issues. Surprisingly quiet even though on main road. Great for a couple of nights"

"It's a Hostel, so as you'd expect basic "cheap as chips" accommodation. It is clean, convenient & no riff-raff. More than adequate for our purposes. Be advised though that if you are returning after a day/night out, the hill up to the hostel is a killer! Would recommend & will return."
