"Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid this hotel. Giving it 2 stars because the room itself was okay I booked a five‑night stay and had a travel delay, so I called the hotel repeatedly to let them know. No one ever answered. I had to contact my third‑party booking site, and they were able to reach the hotel’s reservations department, who noted my late arrival. "Lovely hotel"

"They said their pool was open ..after I booked they said the pool is closed"

"Broken outlets, bathroom door would not close, dirty floors, damp everywhere, smelled of mold in hallways. Bathroom sink smelled STRONGLY of sewage. Made me throw up, it was so bad."

"I lost my identification and they wouldn’t let me check in with my 11 year old daughter and we was homeless and on top of us not being able to check in because I lost my wallet before I got there and kept 2700$ and never gave me a refund!!"

"If you want to live in NY and explore NYC with the median budget. This is your accommodation. They have a parking place comes with a charge/day. And the staff is really friendly."

"The only thing was the smoke detector was chirping all day and night (room 326). Lloy-Ann replaced the battery and it didn't help. She did offer to switch out our room, but we declined. Otherwise, we loved our stay. That's our hotel any time we are in White Plains, NY, for a church convention. We highly recommend. Thank you, Baymont by Windham staff. God bless you.
