"I booked this hotel because I've had consistently positive experiences with Embassy Suites in the past, so I was disappointed with this stay.
My husband and I were assigned a room on a lower floor facing the street, and the traffic noise made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, a dog in the neighboring room also barked periodically throughout the night, adding to the disturbance.
The made-to-order breakfast was also disappointing, as there was no milk or cheese available...

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked having the nightlight in the bathroom. There was a parking overflow lot. Only issue we had was a very slow elevator and we ended up using the stairs. We were on the top floor so it was tiring at times but still faster than the one working elevator. You definitely need a car to get around but all the routes were easy to get to from this location. Nice heated pool but you need to go in through front to use the restrooms in the lobby area."

"I would not recommend this hotel if you're travelling from LAX with free shuttle bus service - we waited for 1 hour 45 min for shuttle buses as 4 of them were full and couldn't take more passengers. The shuttle buses are infrequent and it's absolute chaos at the shuttle bus lane with many different shuttle buses to different hotels and people rushing with luggages.
Hotel check in staff did not even bother telling me basic information such as breakfast time (which was included in our booking but...

"Everything about our stay was perfect. The air conditioning was excellent. Clean room and very helpful staff.
The restaurant was excellent, however, I was concerned about the additional $12 staff welfare charge that was made over and above the $120 for our meal and gratuity I signed for.

"Our overall experience was wonderful. We have thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean but noticed the storage space was minimal. Bathroom was noisy. Room service was available upon request and they are very responsive. Parking was convenient and safe. Access to shopping & restaurants was walkable. We are definitely looking forward to stay here for our future visits to LA."
