"Yes, we love it. This is the second time we’ve stayed there. We definitely will be using it more in the future. The only thing I was disappointed in and I don’t think this had anything to do with the property was when I called the reservation number the person at the one 800 number or whatever it was told me they did not have a shuttle that ran from the airport to the hotel. Consequently, we paid $35 for an Uber plus I tipped him another 10 so that’s $45. Anyway, that was very disappointing, but I don’t think like I said that had anything to do with your specific property, but the people that are answering, the phone should be notified, but if they don’t know the right answer, they shouldn’t be sharing it. "

"The Lobby is fabulous! Very clean bed and pillows horrible. Bathroom needs detailed cleaning and updates. Will stay again. "

"The breakfast was not free when we checked in. Were told that it was $11 each. The shuttle took close to an hour to pick us up and this was after 3 texts and a phone call. The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned. They gave us another room and a $40 merchandise credit at the hotel which was useless since it was after 9pm and we were leaving first thing in the morning. It was noisy outside as well. While functional I wouldn't stay there again. "

"The location was excellent and I enjoyed my stay overall. That said, I had a few interactions with staff that left me a bit disappointed. On more than one occasion, when I asked for clarification about something that was confusing, the response felt curt or dismissive. Instead of offering a quick explanation, staff would point to a nearby sign and make a sarcastic remark. I understand that busy environments can make interactions brief, but a little patience and courtesy would have gone a long way. The property itself is great, but these moments made the experience less welcoming than it could have been."
