"We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short visit. We were surprised with an upgrade to an executive room, which was very spacious. It has a lovely view of the sea. Room has an iron & board, a fan and haie dryer. Easy parking and instructions. Good location to explore and walk to the pier. "location nice, rooms hot in summer. doors in halls of hotel need cleaning/paint, looking scruffy. Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday. staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. "The hotel needs a lot of care and attention , cleaning which is a most. other parts need cleaning.I use the GYM when I was there, Equipment's need updated , .Lot of other places are rusted, meaning to old , good clean down.Needs a better fan for bathroom /shower, especially when having to do ANOTHER 2 IN THE toilet. NEEDS MORE STRONGER SUCTIONS. WINDOWS NEED CLEANING PLENTY COBWEBS IN EVERY AREAS. Rubbish even outside the areas need to be emptied daily, Areas where you are aloud to smoke...
