"Staff was great! They took the time to explain activities and things to do around there to us (with our elementary Spanish). They arranged us taxis since Uber is hard to find there. The breakfast was amazing with traditional Dominican dishes. They were very accommodating and location was great, right near the river. Beautiful to eat breakfast in the mornings. Only issue was the AC was too low, so would get hot at night. Otherwise, would definitely recommend to people coming to Jarabacoa, especially if you don't speak Spanish well, they will take care of you!"

"The staff was great! Very helpful and willing to help! The room was great as well, everything was clean except for the bathroom. The bathroom counter was dirty, the mirror and the bathtub seemed to not have been cleaned in a while. We put a towel on the bathtub to not put our feet on that dirty bathtub. You could see the dirt and grime from afar. We didn't let the staff know because we were in a hurry but please fix that for the next guests."

"En verdad las cualidades,El servicio, las instalaciones, la habitacion,El menu de la comida son excellent.Debo si dar algunos CONSEJOS, vi que no le pusieron una funda plastica a los 3 pequenos safacones, si no es una practica, debe implementarse, es de muy bajo costo, es muy higienico hasta para quien hace la limpieza no toca nada, solo recoje o cierra bolsa y la pone en El safacon Grande cuando hace El housekeeping y la otra cosa es que se debe ponersele algo en la banera que haga seguro al huespec cuando se ducha,puede resbalar, la seguridad debe ser lo primero para la empresa . Me refiero a la banera es loza muy resbaloza si es un anciano y pierdes e l balance terminara lesionado o rompiendo los cristales.Hay unas algunas algombras de goma o como una lima con agarre que no se pudre y si la persona se mantiene SOBRE ella Nunca resbala , perdoname mi sinceridad, PERO quiero uds sigan siendo muy competentes"
