"Brilliant location and spotless room and main areas. The rooms are slightly dated and the hotel could use some TLC on the walls and ceilings in some locations. The bar was great as was the breakfast but we didn't use the restaurant. The grounds are extensive and lovely to see the bunnies hopping round. The location is also top notch and we will return next time we visit Keswick."

"Room was amazing four poster bed and great views of surrounding hills and out towards the lake. Enjoyed the swimming pool and spa. Food was brilliant and gardens great to relax with a drink in."

"A great stay, staff extremely helpful and freindly. We arrived with a 6 week old baby and hotel did everything possible to accomodate us. Breakfast was great, in general very enjoyable. Evening meal was very enjoyable though a little on the expensive side tbh. Overall would highly reccommend."
