"Breakfast is not great people who serve breakfast have very bad attitude and it's the same breakfast everyday. Housekeeping there is no consistency in the job they do, for every refill we have to ask, trash is not fully removed every day. Towels were very old it doesn't absorb water. No hand soap. Blankets were very old in the sofa bed. Shower and AC were good. TV channels mostly unavailable. I feel we overpaid for the service. Also 2 bottles of water per day for a family of 5 is not enough for...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
