"Love , love this hotel the location is unsurpassed. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly and they’ve been working there for years. I’ve been staying here for many years and now with this new remodel and flag I don’t stay anywhere else. Easy walk to South Beverly Drive with all the coffee and breakfast places, shops and then from there, it’s another short walk to the golden triangle of Beverly Hills "

"The good: convenient and quiet location, helpful staff, nice lobby and fabulous rooftop. The weird: Our Townhouse Room which was very large with 3 floors. However, the "industrial chic" website description, did not begin to explain the many exposed pipes, ductwork, concrete floors and overall strange mix of high-end finishes coupled with the feeling you are in an unfinished basement. Finally, the Hotels.com "VIP" hotel food and beverage credit is of limited use in a hotel that does not have a restaurant, bar or any food or bev service. "

"Was very pleased with their small but very adequate fenced side yard pet relief area! They also gave us for the stay a water bowl, mat, blanket and milk bone treats. The only negative was huge traffic noise. Bring ear plugs or a fan."
