"Nice clean room helpful staff and a stunning view"

"We were welcomed warmly to the hotel.Our room was huge and looked directly onto the beach. There was a choice of bath and shower or level access shower. All the staff we met were friendly and the reception area has been refurbished since our last stay with a new breakfast room and bar. The room was clean with good heavy curtains. "

"Stayed for one night, family of four. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we stepped through the main door of the building. Were greeted with a big welcome in the cosy and beautiful lounge. House was very clean. Staff were wonderful, friendly and gone out of their way to serve us. They lived up to their standards of "from home to home" saying. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Thank you."

"We used this a base for the beachyhead marathon. Was perfect for our needs. No lift though so expect to be tackling multiple flights of stairs through the labyrinthine property. It was very reasonably priced for location. Though that does translate to the amenities, but if you are looking for a short stay budget option with a bar open 24 hours for guests and 24 acess to pizza, its a great shout and will save you a few quid. Its about 5 or 10 minutes from some excellent local pubs....

"Lovely and quiet location with comfortable, clean rooms, a good breakfast and with safe parking. The country house is just off the A21 within an easy drive from Hastings and St. Leonards. I would be happy to stay there again. "

"The room and the bath room , and tha Hotel is very clean and tidy.👍 The bed is comfortable. The furnishings and furniture are in perfect condition. 👍 All electronic devices work. "This hotel is a gem! Friendly, helpful staff who really care about yoyr opinion. Room was lovely. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Real bonus was the award winning Raja of Kent restaurant on the same site. Excellent food and run by the same lovely family. "
