"Arriving to check in, I realized I had left my wallet at home, but I had pictures of my driver's license and all the necessary documents for the room. The staff refused to give me my room. The next day, I called the front desk to ask if I was still allowed to check in. They said yes. After arriving at the desk, I waited for 30 minutes. Then, they denied me the room."

"Rooms were clean, the lobby was fully stocked with anything you may need or forgotten. Staff was so friendly and even remembered our faces and would acknowledge us when walking back in. Breakfast was simple but plenty of sitting space we went during a game for the World Cup."

"The property was well maintained close to the airport. I booked this room because it said it had room for 5 but it was just two queens and no cot was available so my son ended up sleeping On the floor. No coffee just water in the am. Parking is 20$ a night. Don’t think I would book here again."

The biggest letdown was the breakfast buffett..it was way way overpriced and in my opinion it was the same size and quality as the complementary breakfast at any other hotel in America except it costed me and my son $66!! I have paid less for a breakfast buffett at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville!"

"Es hermoso todo en general, el desayuno todo fresco y variedad, usamos el laundry para lavar nuestra ropa de fin de semana antes de irnos de crucero eso es un plus, queda cerca de un shopping. En el lobby venden algunas cositas ej navajas, dulces. La piscina no la usamos porque estaba frio, tiene canchita de baloncesto bbq. El aire enfria bien las ropa de cama huelen rico a limpio cama comoda, presion de agua fuerte y caliente baño espacioso. En fin no duden en hacer su estadia aqui.👍"
