"Great stay"

"C’mon man.. we paid over $100 to stay for 2 nights at this hotel. After the first night we had no working T.V., no working heat and no Kleenex in the room. I alerted the front desk about these issues after the first night and was told they would be addressed. We came back after a great day spent at EIU to find that they replaced the Kleenex. This is entry level stuff if you own a hotel/motel. A working television and heat/AC are not “considered” luxuries… these are things that should ABSOLUTELY...

"Great"

"We were very happy with both the cleanliness and the genuine kindness of the staff. I appreciated the texts that check in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Overall, 10/10! We will be back!"

"U r consistent"

"Nothing wrong, great place to stay"

"I called to report we would be late checking in and the guy working the check in was real pleasant on the phone. When we arrived this guy was just as pleasant in person. We did have a coffee pot in the room that was not working right. We reported this on the way out. I assume the staff replaced it after we left."

"The hotel is a bit tired. Our room smelled like mildew. The elevators were broke down so you had to carry all of your luggage up the stairs. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the property needs some restoration unfortunately. It is located in a nice retail area so that is a plus."

"Clean room"

"Staff was friendly"

"Very reasonable price for the quality of the stay."

"The toilet rocked back and forth, the room had a smell...musty, moldy smell...we were given one small blanket for each bed and what we believe was a large curtain. The beds were not queen size as stated in the ad. They were fulls. We had 1 towel in each of the rooms we booked and when we asked for more we were handed 3 hand towels and a wash rag and were told...Thats all we have cleaned. We booked for 2 nights but left after the first night and ate the cost because we were uncomfortable."
