"Very well located, ideal for visiting Charlestown, Heligan, Eden Project, Fowey, Mevagissey & many more all within a short drive. Lots of information on places to visit. Tracy very welcoming, very nice well appointed B&B , tea & coffee in room, Lindt chocolate on the bedside table and fan on a stand cooling the room was most welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Allocated parking space. A very enjoyable stay. Need to be very careful pulling out onto the busy road."

A special mention to Merlin, the very well-mannered dog, who was an absolute delight! If you’re looking for a place with a genuine personal touch, this is definitely the place to come. "Beautiful old world building with lovely rooms, bar the bathroom being upstairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good especially the breakfast. Very disappointed that they had a special curry and pint offer where you couldn't have and alternative drink and when we ordered the curry anyway we were charged £20 without the beer wheras it was £15 with the beer!"
