"Location is very quiet but you hear the noise of the next door. No coffee maker is in the room. You have to use one microwave in the lobby. Connecting to wifi is complicated. Room is clean, bed is comfortable."

"There was a live water bug in my bathroom. The renovations looked a bit unfinished i.e. seams, paint, windows. The lock on the door was loose. The beds were fresh and comfortable. The ice machines aren't on every floor. The walls are paper thin. The breakfast was disappointing; bagels, cereal cups and fruit juice. The furniture was nice and modern. Checking in and out was seamless. The location is excellent. Overall my stay was not what I'm used to."

"NO airport shuttle. They called an Uber for us. They failed to give us our breakfast vouchers for prepaid breakfast. After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. Also the reason why i booked it becaused i wanted a hotel near the airport. this is not bear at all. it's over 15 mins drive. the following morning when we had the shuttle to the airport, the driver won't drop our luggages unless we help him !!! i personally have a frozen sholder issue and i couldn't eveb...
