"Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"

"The room was pretty clean. I found some gummy looking substance on the frames of the beds. I couldn't tell if it was a contraption for ants or forgotten candy. Aside from that, the room was good. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. There is a lot to do on the premises in terms of activities but the buffet isn't that great and a lot of the food is overpriced. Bring your own snacks and drinks, and eat out or order Uber for main meals, if you can - both are still cheaper options in...

"The floor looked a bit greasy. The cushions on the bed were a bit dirty - i would recommend not to put on the bed at all as they were no use to most customers. The staff were friendly and good in responding to requests like bringing extra towels."

"After a long drive to Niagara, Sterling Inn was a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, sheets were clean and smelled fresh, the shower and jacuzzi were clean, and iin excellent condition. The breakfast in bed was the icing on the cake. Property was walking distance from the falls and amenities. Loved my stay and will stay again whenever I visit Niagara."

"the room was ok but we had an unwanted guest in the form of a moth (i think). the lampshade had a stain on it and likely i left another stain when i swatted the moth. stain on the shower curtain as well. stain was small but was just at my eye level so caught my eye quickly. overall property was ok ... and front desk staff helpful."

"Clean and well maintained room. Kudos to Wanda, the house keeper. At a walkable distance to the Falls and other attractions. Very reasonable price. Good for a night or two stay."

"Location was perfect to explore downtown and falls. Down sides: they need new mattresses, one of them we could only sleep on half of it because the springs were broken. There breakfast had the start of something good with waffles and bananas and other options, but no eggs or meat and the eating area is too small to accommodate, so people had to wait for table. You can tell they started to renovate, but stopped short of finishing touches and fixture maintenance. Staff was helpful and courteous"

"I liked the staff kindness, the room cleanliness and how close the hotel is to activities and tickets. We loved all the activities we were involved in. Wish the staff were more knowledgeable about current area activities and directions. And that the rooms were bigger and the pillows firmer on the beds. Wish there was a wine bar in the room and more water better menu for the restaurant."

"The hotel is in a less desirable area. Walking to the casino or Clifton Hill takes you past sketchy neighborhoods with boarded up buildings and empty lots."
