"Overall, the hotel is clean. They serve breakfast free every morning. The staff is professional, pleasant and accommodating. I went for my daughter’s spring break and we had the best time. The hotel is very close to maple leaf place if you want to go maple and chocolate tasting. Niagra falls and Clifton Hill is about an 8 minute drive from hotel. Another hidden gem is Niagra on the lake; it’s about a 20 minute ride. Niagra on the lake is peaceful, wine city and home to ice wine. Overall, happy with my experience. The hotel is also thoughtful; they have a board near check in area with details on the weather for the upcoming days and a map. "

The staff go above and beyond—not only are they friendly and professional, but they even take the time to call your room to check in and make sure everything is perfect. That level of care is rare and very much appreciated. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to start your day right. It’s clear they put thought into making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, this hotel delivers an exceptional experience. "The parking was convenient as it was off season so able to utilize parking structure next door. Restaurants in the hotel were closed which was a disappointment & not told ahead of time and discovered when attempted to eat there. View from room was amazing, quiet easy access to falls and parks."
