"The parking area was safe. The hotel is very close to the entrance to the Holland tunnel, but it was not noisy at all! The employees were extremely helpful and there is a pastry and coffee and juice breakfast for free! The beds were extremely comfortable. The only downside is that there is no elevator. We had a lot of luggage and my older parents staying with us so it was a little tricky to get everything to the room, but the staff really helped with that."

"The rooms are very comfortable, but the carpets don’t feel clean. There is only 1 USB charging port. Lights are very dim with no option to increase even in the bathrooms. Elevators are broken only 2 elevators worked out of 4 with a tiny elevator lobby and a fully booked hotel. Otherwise the amenities are wonderful and the staff is superb. "
