"Terrible. Dead bugs all over the room. Mattress was so warm that the middle was a sink hole. Sides folded up like a taco shell. Tried to call to get a new room. Told no. Asked for our money back to stay somewhere else. Was told no. Tried to used the fire pit. No propane. Asked for the propane to be filled/replaced. Was told no. Place is falling apart. Staff sucks. Holiday weekend stay, you would think they would have cleaned the place up. Don’t stay here."

"Room is very clean and comfortable. Accommodate check-in time if room is available. Close to major attractions (eg, clark's bear, lost river gorge & boulder caves, Whale's Tale Waterpark, many hiking trails) in the area. Breakfast is excellent, especially love the waffle, homefries and scrambled eggs are also good, I like the oatmeal as well. Plenty of parking places, general Level 2 EV charging equipment is available by the front entrance. There is a high-speed Supercharger station nearby as...

"Room was dated, but clean. Comfy bed, gentleman at the front desk very nice and accommodating. Heated pool was nice. Close proximity to area attractions."
