"The bad first, the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the reception could have been more helpful. The bathrooms were obviously not well maintained, there was pink mold on the corners of the shower and crumbs of things in the sink. The room was otherwise clean. There was a master switch for the room and nothing works until you turn it on. Fine, but the reception should have said so, it was on a piece of paper they hand you at check in, but who reads a whole print out before turning on the...

"The rooms were very outdated and dirty. The floor was unleveled and very nasty. The bed linen has spots on it. The bathroom floor had red stains all over the floor. The shower had mold around the tub and the toilet wasn't clean."

From the first shuttle driver to the gal that has 2 sons all were cheerful and very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel with these staff members. "The rooms were very clean, beds were super comfy. Hotel was very nice. Things I didn't like: they only offered pay breakfast. Expensive pay breakfast at that. As much as the rooms are, I wish they included breakfast. In the room, the bathroom door doesn't offer a lot of privacy. It's a sliding barn style door so it doesn't fully close. Traveling with family so we didn't love that. The washer and dryer were $4 each load, each machine. $8 to wash and dry my son's lacrosse uniform. Staff were...

"The hotel was right next to University of Maryland which we were visiting and the tour started in the hotel conference room. Hotel lobby and rooms were very modern. Great restaurant and coffee shop on the property. Also, rooms were large and comfortable."

"Room price was great! Our room was huge with a separate living area and bedroom. I booked before noticing we had to pay for parking BUT there were many extras. They included a free breakfast buffet and happy hour each evening with 2 free drinks each. ( And happy hour also had snacks ) These added up to far more of a value despite the parking fee. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area again!"
