"I was very happy starting with the neighborhood, the welcoming staff, the quiet elegance of the hotel and the public rooms, and the layout and details of my room. I was happy to wake up in comfortable bed, with excellent breakfast service, and I was happy to be greeted when I returned at night."

"Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations. I just wish they had daily room service. Other than than, great place, great value"

"The main lobby was a bit warm when we had breakfast (probably not air conditioned) but the rest of the hotel / rooms were nice and cool. It was a lovely hotel! Excellent service!"

"Great place. They have a good, responsive chat AI I think? Answers all questions promptly and accurately. Excellent location with easy tube access. And Great property in the middle of london. Saved us a lot on breakfast because we would easily cook in the kitchen. Although, I would say travel light as there is no lift/elevator and to fetch heavy suitcase up the stairs was a workout. But otherwise Great place."

"The hotel was nice, rooms were small even though we had a delux (?) disappointed there were no bottles of water. Nespresso machine would have been nice. Bedding was nice. Bed comfortable but small. They did had a play on in the lounge area which we thought was weird so we couldn’t sit and have a drink and chat!!"

Though a bit small, which I understand is typical in the London area, the space was utilized very efficiently, with sufficient storage to place all the things we came with. I also had access to an area in the building with washers and dryers which I didn't end up needing but it was nice to have the option available. "Very clean room, excellent breakfast and amenities. Staff was wonderful. Very nice location."

"The studio room was very clean, the kitchen had everything needed (coffee, cleaning products, cutlery), bathroom was very good. Check in is possible late after midnight you just need to ring the bell and be patient as the staff might not be at the reception. The room has sealed windows (that don't open) but air conditioning which ensures ventilation. Views are lovely from top floor rooms."

"The AC didn’t work properly and it was noisy. Plus the Telephone didn’t work - it was all crackly. It took ages for anyone to answer the phone and I tried all the options. I eventually got through to room service and the person said that I had a problem with my phone and hung up the first time. Thankfully when I checked to find how long it would take for my club sandwich it was going to take 45 mins which was very slow.
