"Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. "We had a wonderful stay at this quaint little hotel located right on the beach. Our room was clean. Definitely not fancy if you are going for the pool, DON’T but the bar /restaurant, beach, happy hour were great. Staff were friendly and accommodating! If you love the Hilton than this hotel is NOT for you. "

"Nice facility we had gone to 20 years ago. Still very nice. One big problem was that our room was not available until after 6:00 PM. Had to wait in the lobby around 3 hours. Room was very nice and hotel comp'd our dinner at their restaurant to make up for the long wait."

"Old building good of looking for something cheap and affordable.location is a pro. Staff gave mediocre service.rooms are rundown and old. TV only had one channel. Bathroom cabinets full of garbage. Fridge old. Has community kitchen. Window view was of neighbors trash "

"The staff in reception and restaurant and bar were friendly and fantastic especially hermione Trey Janeya and fellow at bar poolside during the day. Housekeeping in our room could be improved. Pool was grea t Better communication around the restaurant availability. One night bar bites were not available and we could t get a dinner reservation. Communication on the entire process would be helpful. Lovely environment "

"The manor house common areas are decorated artfully and the seating is comfortable. The pool is made to look like a grotto and is very pleasant, especially when the frogs start to sing. Strolling the grounds is a treat and the peacocks are quite entertaining. The dining is excellent and I had shrimp each day in different dishes. The chef cooks it perfectly! "

"no airport shuttle but Lea arranged a taxi and negotiated a price did not look for a gym! Staff were excellent, from Lea at reception to the great waiters and support staff. Very friendly and helpful. Cab from port is very expensive, $20 US pp. Lea said we were overcharged but you have limited choice at port"
