"I liked the room food and mini fridge options for breakfast and snacks. Suited my early departure plan. Also I was able to put my bike inside at reception ground level., since it’s a small on street building.
The room was functional but the sink had a slight smell which would be good to investigate. Great position."

"A lot of reviews for this house were quite bad. This is the review of the room we had on the ground floor.
Massive room & bathroom. Shower for less able people & a lovely big bath. Everywhere was spotless. We had a 6 foot bed that was very comfortable. Yes, the wallpaper was old & stained but this house is very old & must take a great deal of upkeep. The dining room was lovely, as was the breakfast
Our friends had the room next door & their opinion was the same as ours. All 4 of us would...

"The location is exceptional as it is in town and wonderful views. The house is very clean and lots of room. This would be perfect for a family or group of golfers. The property manager was helpful with the washing machine. It is not luxury, it is a little more spartan but charming. I would definitely come back."

"Okay, so as long as you park within the parking space lines (for fire safety reasons) your stay at the Spindrift Guest House should be a great experience.
The honesty bar in the lounge is extremely well-stocked. We did not partake, but the whisky selection according to my husband was excellent.
