"Over priced, dirty room, that was as hot as a sauna and had no Air-conditioning. Window was wide open and we had to wedge main room door open to try and cool the room and let air in. Itinerary stated there would be shampoo, conditioner etc and there wasn't. Shower had hairs in it, toilet was dirty. ..."
