"Clean and tidy, hotel looked like the rooms had been updated recently, good onsite restaurant for dinner & breakfast"

"We travelled 13 hours to get here only to find there was a young lady who was very apologetic telling us we could not have dinner because the restaurant was closed. Neither could we have a drink because the bar was closed and in the morning there would be no breakfast. The place is so isolated there are no surrounding alternatives for food and drink so we asked to order a taxi only to be told there were none available. We booked another hotel for the Saturday as it was my wife’s birthday to initially be told there would be no recompense. The original girl then told us as we were leaving she would ensure credit for the night we had to pay for another hotel and the breakfast but hotels.com advised that would not be the case. It is still to be pursued but the fact without warning they knowingly knew we travelled from Scotland and left us high and dry without alternatives or warning is vastly more than disappointing."

"Really small room Wi-Fi doesn’t work didn’t tell us the password and when we showed up said we have to pay a deposit which is very unusual for a hotel, started taking pictures of my ID and sending out via email to other people all this to get a room and check"

"We had a great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free. The location was convenient as well, with good access to transport and nearby amenities. The only small suggestion would be to add an in room safe for keeping personal belongings secure. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would happily stay here again."

"The whole hotel smelt of cannabis and smoke. the bedroom was even worse, so bad that I had to leave at 1am as I was struggling to breathe in it. If your asthmatic or dont like the very strong smell of smoke I would avoid at all costs. The bedding stank of smoke and couldnt sleep on the pillows as was so bad"

"Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the service that was provided and what I had paid for and should be compensated."
