"Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. "Shower & toilet / basin room was clean.Shower was excellent. Towels provided. Very basic no frills but was perfect for my needs. Tea / coffee making facilities, tv , microwave & fridge all provided. Carpet & mattress could do with updating. Was quiet & had a good nights sleep. "

" would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke. When I went down to report it, the receptionist reacted as though I was being dishonest, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. I was eventually offered another room, which thankfully didn’t smell, but getting there required walking through hallways that stank heavily of marijuana. I raised this concern as well, but...
