"This is such a perfect place to go to Joshua Tree. It very closed to several restaurants and supermarket. You can get free flow of ice cube during summer and you get an intercontinental bfast (no butter for the bread but it's fine 😁). All in all, we are so pleased with our stay there. "

"Very nicely renovated hotel with clean rooms and lobby. Rooms are spacious, clean and easily accessible to the main lobby. The main lobby is nice and cute with a small coffee and breakfast bar. Joshua tree west entrance is just about 20mins away. If you get a room on the first floor though, you will hear upstairs guests if they are loud at night. But otherwise the hotel is nice and beautiful "

"The staff was super attentive and helpful with all of my needs for the weekend from getting extra towels, the cleaning services, along with the fresh breakfast everyday. The air conditioning was perfect whether I need to warm up or cool down during the evenings. "

"THE CAVE ROOM: Staff member who checked us in was not welcoming but could have been a cultural difference. Put us in a room that I didn't not request so I was already a bit disappointed. We walked over to our room and noticed so much trash, and furniture that looked piled up for a long time, the pool was dirty and looked like no one has been it in a long while. When entering the room we noticed that there were no towels. The man at the front desk told us that they would bring them in an hour...

"I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."

"Desert hot springs is what it is. An old semi run down but decent place to stay. The saving grace are the different temperature pools. The bar can also be fun and the food is good at the restaurant. Prices can vary greatly from day to day depending on weather and local events. The same room can be 88 dollars pne day or 280 the next. Book on line and save big money."

"When we went to check in, they told us our room wasn’t ready so they switched us to another room instead and gave us a free breakfast. Then when we checked out I was told they comped our room. This was totally unexpected and was a huge blessing. We had a nice time. The room we ended up in was great. The staff were all friendly and the hotel was nice. It was only about 15 minutes from the main strip. Highly recommend."
