"The manager was extremely helpful !! 😊 My room was cool enough even though the outdoor temperatures soared to 28 degrees and hotter! Wi-Fi was available and there were a number of channels to choose from on TV. There were cafes and restaurants close by. (supposed to be sent room # and access code for digital lock). A half hour before check in (4pm) we had no instructions and no staff in front office. "They take photographs of peoples identification and scan it into their computer system. When I asked why did that without my consent they could not give me an answer or as to why they do it. It is a clear Breach of Prvacy Laws and they have been reported to the appropriate authorities. What they are doing is completely against the law."
