"Elevators were out and no communication on when they would be fixed and no 1st floor rooms. We should have just cancelled staying there as someone in our party has bad knees. There was no attempt to get us a 1 st floor for any of the nights."

"Resort was clean. Waterpark outside needs renovated. The sofa sleeper mattress was terrible. You could feel every spring. Indoor waterpark was great! Second floor food/shops was super cute and clean. "

"Floor in the room was dirty. Items left on the floor that were very visible. Bathroom floor extremely dirty. Comforters were dirty. Microwave was not even near a plug in. Would have to move it to use it. Pool is ALOT smaller than looks online. Free popcorn 6-10. However by 9 it was out an no more was made. Small area to sit for breakfast. Most people had to take back to the room. Plates are breakfast were dirty. Do not recommend staying here. Pictures make it look newer than what it is. Elevator light didn’t work right pain. "

"The room was clean, the staff was very helpful with any questions. The indoor pool is a little cold, but the room is warm. They have activities for all ages. Highly recommend."

"We loved the breakfast every morning. I love the indoor pool area since it has the bigger pool and hot tub but also has a kiddie pool that is warm as well!"

"Best welcome we had. Very friendly staff. Convenient walk to downtown. Enjoyed the gym. Room/facilities are looking the slightest bit worn but the room was comfortable and the price was very reasonable. We did love having the Starbucks. "

"One of the best places we’ve ever stayed on vacation! The trolly transportation to and from the parks plus included time saver passes were an huge perk! Our Jr suite was spacious and CLEAN. Our kids loved the bunk beds and their own tv, the arcade, and the campfire s’mores at night! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was so welcoming! Starbucks in the lobby and cinnamon bread room delivery 👍👍. None of us wanted to leave this beautiful resort. We’ll be back for sure!"
