"My stay at the Holiday Inn was comfortable and pleasant overall. Everything was good, and I had a nice experience. The only issue I encountered was with the sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable—I could feel the hard surface while lying on it. Aside from that, everything else met my expectations. I would consider staying here again when needed."

"We were treated like family here. Our stay was so lovely. We were staying for a wedding nearby and the lovely owners let us check in at 11am, before the ceremony, to ensure we knew our way around. The b&b was peaceful and had all amenities that we needed. The breakfast / cafe was wonderful. We will return!"

The hotel is fairly new and is very clean with fresh and airy decoration. The room was spacious, but very hot. The AC didn't really seem to do a lot. "Room was small but comfortable and well equipped. Very clean and even though at front of hotel facing onto main road, noise was limited. Staff were very helpful and provided milk and ice when both requested. Breakfast was continental or full English with plenty of options and staff open to requests to make something available before opening times. Plenty of parking and great location for walking into the city and very near to the Quayside."

"Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at. The desk is scarcely manned. The phone just rings and rings. A sign in lugubrious English is left out for those already at the hotel with a mobile number on it, but those who are trying to call in advance are damned. There is a stench of damp in the hallway. The room is small, dark and unclean. Not recommended by any stretch of the imagination."
