"The room we were provided had a shower that did not drain. In a few minutes, the shower became flooded and overflowed into the bathroom. When we reported this problem to the staff, they were able to clean the floor and provide a fan but did not fix the drainage issue and did not provide us with a new room. The staff was very polite, apologetic and even offered us free breakfast, which was not originally included with our booking. However, having a shower that did not drain and not having that...

"I was very happy starting with the neighborhood, the welcoming staff, the quiet elegance of the hotel and the public rooms, and the layout and details of my room. I was happy to wake up in comfortable bed, with excellent breakfast service, and I was happy to be greeted when I returned at night."

"Hotel war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Leider war unser Zimmer an der Straßenseite sehr laut, da die Fenster nicht gut abgedichtet haben. Im Frühstücksraum war zu wenig Platz. Außerdem waren nur wenige normale Tische fürs Frühstücken vorhanden, der Rest waren eher niedrige Beistelltische mit Hocker. Frühstück war eher überschaubar. Zimmer wurde bei einer Woche Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt und Handtücher auch nicht."

"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations. I just wish they had daily room service. Other than than, great place, great value"

"The hotel was nice, rooms were small even though we had a delux (?) disappointed there were no bottles of water. Nespresso machine would have been nice. Bedding was nice. Bed comfortable but small. They did had a play on in the lounge area which we thought was weird so we couldn’t sit and have a drink and chat!!"

"Room was spacious and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have both a bath and shower in the room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel had good facilities including a gym and a restaurant/ bar. Very good location, only a few minutes from the tube and very near Tower Bridge, however was not too loud or busy. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The staff member who was at reception was friendly and helpful - check-in was easy. I had the standard room and it was a great size and super clean. The king bed was so comfy and bed clothes very good quality. The 4 x usb ports as well as regular sockets were really useful. Nice complementary toiletries too. Thank you"

"The studio room was very clean, the kitchen had everything needed (coffee, cleaning products, cutlery), bathroom was very good. Check in is possible late after midnight you just need to ring the bell and be patient as the staff might not be at the reception. The room has sealed windows (that don't open) but air conditioning which ensures ventilation. Views are lovely from top floor rooms."

"Hotel in ottima posizione e pulito. Sarebbe da migliorare la colazione a buffet. Il servizio al tavolo è stato ottimo ma le scelte dei piatti era limitata. Abbiamo eseguito delle modifiche accettate senza ulteriori extra. Abbiamo avuto al check in dei problemi con il prezzo ma solo al check out i soldi ci sono stati restituiti nella carta dopo nostra segnalazione."
