"This was a hidden gem. Hotels in the area were more than double the price and all charge for parking. This B&B was absolutely wonderful. In a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. Laura was so incredibly helpful as we had to modify the reservation. She did everything she could to help us. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Will be back!"

"The location was very nicely situated only a block from the Soldiers and Sailors monument in downtown Indianapolis and it was convenient to everything. If you’re OK with an older building and don’t wish to use a hot tub, this would be a great place."

"The Conrad is overrated. When it opened a couple of decades ago, it was the talk of the town, perhaps the most luxurious hotel in Indianapolis. It had really rested on its laurels and lost its glamour. The rooms definitely need refreshing and updating. The sauna, steam room, and swimming pool are still top."

"The breakfast this morning was good. The location of the hotel is great. We went to a basketball game downtown. Staff was friendly Valet service is really well run. They do a great job."

"First, I thought I was registered for the hotel across from the Indianapolis Convention Center, which was not the case. That meant I had to walk everyday to the Convention center for the event I was in town for. I use a cane, did not want to spend extra money on uber, so thankfully I managed. Second, the hotel didn't have the expected extra restaurants or other things that they have advertised. Third, they did not have a microwave in the room and you had to go down to heat up any food or...

"As a frequent traveler, I plan to go back to the hotel. I had an excellent waiter Geoffrey that was very friendly and efficient. The food , room accommodations were excellent.The only thing is you must call ahead of time to reserve a table for the breakfast/ brunch. My suggestion to the front desk is to ask during check in is whether you want to dine there and if so ,to make a reservation. Also, to let people know if there is an event nearby due to changes for pickup for rides, such as an Uber....

"Absolute world class hotel and staff! Room was enormous and extremely clean. Fantastic skyline views that included the canal. Pool was amazing and is handicap accessible. Outdoor patio area was sweet as it has nighttime fireplaces lit and is a great place to lounge. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel, best place to stay when in Indy!"

"Comfortable, clean and great location in downtown. Parking at $55 a night seems really steep."

"Downtown Indy at this time has a lot of construction and parking is a pain at this time to get to. Some roads are shut down so you need to take that into consideration. Our room toilet kept bubbling up every few minutes and I wonder if it wasn't due to construction? The room was very spacious."
