"The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean but very damp. The shower curtain in the bathroom did not extend past the edge of the tub so water sprayed all over the bathroom floor when showering. I contacted the front desk and they said they were aware of the issue already and that the wrong size had been purchased for the property. They were apologetic but had no solution other than putting extra towels on the floor. Breakfast was good."

"My kids and I very much enjoy the comfort of the room as well as the clean pool and clean grounds. Lots of close by restaurants and breakfast was decent. I would stay here again"

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When I entered the room, I found signs of bedbugs and saw roaches. This made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the property. It was difficult to relax knowing there were insects in the room. I reported the issue to the front desk, but I was not satisfied with how it was handled. Cleanliness and guest safety should be a top priority, and this experience did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend staying...

"Terrible bed, very small basic room. Hooks for clothes etc. and no closet. It seemed full of people in the occult. Noisy and people knocking on the walls. Very dark."

"The room was NOT clean, floors were filthy, trying to get clean towels was ridiculous. Roaches and bugs in the room, My husband found a needle in the curtain. The hot tub was out of order, the guest laundry was out of order."

"Nice hotel, but they charge extra for everything including parking. The AC heat turns on if you try to get room temperature above 72 degrees. They only provide two towels . Beds not made consistent with fitted sheets. Beds could have more padding. Staff is nice."

"The property and room were very clean. The room was very spacious. Has a full kitchen where you can cook if you’d like. The room seemed quiet. We didn’t hear neighbors at all throughout the night. Would stay here again!"

"Unfortunately my stay was not peaceful due to unsupervised teenagers running rampant until 1 am. Security was called 3 times by 3 different guests and finally the adults with the group showed up. I had to threaten the kids and their chaperones that I would call the police if they didn’t get them under control. It would have been nice if the hotel had offered to comp my room or reduce the rate but they did not. The hotel should consider placing the teen groups on the first and second floor away...

"The manager listened well enough to understand what did not meet our expectations. The team attempted to remedy the problems but not all were fixed. The kitchen staff and breakfast area was satisfactory. When we entered, there was no hand soap at the bathroom sink and the shower soap container was empty. The manager replaced the empty shower container provided no hand soap for the sink area. We had to use the Palmolive dishwashing liquid to wash our hands after using the toilet. The Wi-Fi wasn’t...
