"Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

"I was greeted very well and politely by staff. Staff at front desk even helped with information of our endeavours in Peak District. Parking space was abundant. Room was very clean. Place was quiet."

When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. "We had a lovely stay in this boutique Hotel. The Staff were all lovely and the food was of a very high quality, specially shout out to Martin the breakfast chef and also Aiden for the lovely afternoon tea"
