"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. "Overall an alright stay at the property. I was only there for 1 night before an early flight in the morning so was an easy location for getting to the terminal. The room was really nice, there were a couple hairs on the bed, but nothing serious. Dinner was nice at the restaurant, maybe slightly more expensive than I would have thought but nice and the staff were lovely too. I did have some issues with my window facing out onto the bar as it meant there was the noise from music till later on the evening which wasn't ideal when I needed to be up at 3am the next morning for my flight. Both checkin and checkout were really easy and overall would stay again if I needed accommodation around a flight, although would bring ear plugs!"

"The name doesn't say that it is a Hostel. Was after a cheap night's stay, definitely received that. Booked AO because it looked recently renovated and potentially a step up from an ibis or travelodge. Check in was very convoluted. Needed to scan a qr code to sign in and submit Id details, then you are allowed to check in at reception where they take those details again. It's not a quick process. Also the city tax was charged in euros for some reason. The name is AO Hostels, so they're geared up for travellers who are more interested in a cheap place to sleep. If that's what you're after, then this is what you'll get. No mod cons but they do provide shower gel and hand soap. The bathroom looks like it was made for a train 😅. No kettle in the room, so no tea or coffee, and no iron. Heating didn't work until half way through the night so I woke up boiling when it did. They advertise soundproof rooms, but the doors are not, so you can hear everyone walking past. I'm lot a light sleeper but I definitely got woken up a few times thinking someone was trying to get in my room. Checkout is at 10 but you can tell they're keen on turnover as housekeeping knocked on my door at 9 hoping I was gone. Speaking of turnover, they leave the huge bedding trolleys in the corridors. Overall it was a place to sleep and it didn't cost a fortune. But not sure I'd pick it again given the choice."

"Many of the rooms have been renovated, but the hotel appears to be going for a very minimalist approach. Our room had a bed, a slim desk with an office chair, and two small side tables, along with five hangers on a long metal bar and three small hooks for clothing. There was definitely not enough hangers or space for one person’s clothes, let alone for two people staying in the room. The room did include an espresso machine and a water kettle, which we appreciated. The room had a large TV, but even though it was a smart TV, the hotel had disabled access to apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime, which meant we could only watch cable TV rather than log into our own streaming apps. The room also came with an ironing board on the wall, and an iron and small fan that were all placed on the floor in the corner of the room, which made the overall design feel even more awkward and unfinished. There was no mini fridge, no drawers, no dresser, no safe, no phone to call the front desk for service, no bench to sit on while taking your shoes off, no artwork on the walls, and no small dining table with comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or snacks. The washroom also had very limited space for toiletries, especially with no drawers or storage areas available. Overall, the room felt so empty that we immediately noticed it upon entering. Unfortunately, it gave the space an unfinished and somewhat awkward feeling rather than a comfortable or cozy atmosphere."
