"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Check in and check out was very quick. Staff were very friendly. Got upgraded for free to a larger room which was nice. Shower and bathroom were great, clean and spacious.
