"stayed here at Staybridge for more than a week. hotel was clean with lots of amenities such as dishwasher pots pans stove that sometimes we could make some meals. Clean and organize room with soap shampoo and conditioner, free laundry too. Staff were helpful and breakfast was great and special mentioned to Naujot and Sendra, the warmest staff at breakfast lobby, they made us feel at home as we eat our delicious meals. Hotel is also very accessible to buses and commutes to airport terminals...

"Great location with wonderful runway views at LHR for those with an interest in aviation. Comfortable rooms and beds and a good shower, once you figure out how to operate it. Rooms lack a USB charger point, so bring a plug phone charger. Wifi is good. Food is good in the evening and also for breakfast. Nice atmosphere with so many travellers from around the world. Two of the 4 elevators were out-of-order but overall a good stay."

"Excellent customer service at check in. Staff asked to see ID for confirmation of name on booking. There is a £50 deposit which is authorised /debited then released/refunded. Timescale on getting your deposit back after check out depends on the type of card used. Staff explained services available with open times for breakfast, gym/pool and bar during check in which was great. "This hotel is excellent value for money. Excellent Samsung TV picture. WiFi fast and stable. Bed comfortable. Very clean. The shower was over a bath which I don’t really like but has good water pressure. They have both USB and USB-C ports next to the bed. No fridge and can’t even supply a medical fridge for my medication. It’s a very basic hotel as the name states but the staff are helpful. The room is serviced everyday without requiring to request a room service. Not convenient for the London...

"Emailed multiple times asking for interconnecting rooms and a cribs for two rooms. Made sure to email 4-5 times ahead of the trip to ensure a smooth check in after a long flight with young kids. We get there and the reception stars are you with blank expressions. Gormless grunts incompetent and incapable of doing anything without being asked several times. Eventually gave us two rooms next to each other. Neither with a crib, ask for 2 cribs, they bring one. Goes back to get another. Forgets...
